It's ok! but PLEASE add this extra functionality and it will be great

Please, please add the ability to ChromeCast the desktop and sort out keyboard problems. Arrow keys do not work on my Bluetooth keyboard. And update so I can just use phone screen as mouse / track pad with 2 finger for right click.

I currently have to carry a laptop with me to do my development even though my development computer is in the cloud. This is really frustrating as all I do is use my laptop to use Remote Desktop. I travel a lot and carry a chromecast around with me. If I could do all my development through my phone with Bluetooth keyboard this would be perfect. Hotels always have decent screens I can plug my chrome cast into so no need to have a monitor or cables.

Good but can be frustrating

An easy to use, and free, way to control your laptop or desktop via an iPhone.

I started using Chrome Remote Desktop because the Windows alternative is insecure and requires port redirection. At first it was perfect but over time the apps limitations have made me look at alternatives. There is no way to send cursor keys, or the tab key, which means I can’t engage with a remote terminal on my windows box. When you flick away then back to the app you have to reconnect. These may seem minor issues but over time they become more and more annoying.

Quite Straight forward to setup with some helpful information under the 'help' section which I was grateful to.
The ios software was the easier part, the hardest part was installing the two components on the windows 10 laptop as it is not in the Microsoft app store, you have to go to the google website to download, which isnt a problem just a shame that its not in the microsoft app store.
The app Works really well though and I did not notice any lag at all.
If I was to suggest one thing to improve the app, it would be to enable sound to be carried with the video stream.
Best thing is, it's free !!!
